What we see everywhere are animals and flowers. Even feathers are still hot this spring/ summer 2011. Fluttering and flying animals such as butterflies, birds and dragonflies. Snakes are common animals in jewelry. The many colours of nature are used a lot in fashion. Bright and striking colours, like the flowers in nature too. Bright colours like fuchsia, warm orange and red, yellow ocher and bright yellow and still a lot of purple. But also green, like the stems of the flowers. Flowers themselves are still hot too.
Swinging and movable
What fits with this trend, are swinging earrings with separate parts that move. Spare parts such as linked beads and connectors that are attached to each other. A fluttering butterfly on your earring looks very nice and very hip, but also earrings with large flowers.
